What would happen if a healthy 160lb adult male consumed 400mg Ultram orally?

I understand that Ultram can cause seizures in high doses, but not how or why. The weight and doses mentioned in the question have no significance other than for example (160lb is an average weight and 400 mg is the estimated seizure threshold). What is the biological basis for these seizures, and what is the time-line of events leading up to and coming after the seizure?

Along with other effects tramadol is a antagonist of 5-HT2C receptors. These are believed to be involved in the seizure threshold, lowering it and therefore making it easier for the cyclic feedforward of seizures. Tramadol may also have effect on inhibitory GABA-A receptors preventing their inhibitory action in these transmission loops.
