it works like hydrocodone (vicoden) but it isnt a narcotic. its like a cousin to narcs, but many dr. consider it a narc anyways. ultram is still habit forming. but for a toothe ache u wont need it long.
basically it works kinda like tylenol.

I’m not a Doctor or anything!LOL!But the way I understood it when it was given to me was….it works in the same way as vicodin.Something about “your natural opiate’s in your body?)Like I said,I’m not a Doc., but I read EVERYTHING!Ultram didn’t work for me.It made my heart race REALLY BAD, and I have a heart problem.I’ve heard alot of people that it works for though.
