What pain meds can I take with Ultram?

I just got prescribed it for body aches and thus far it hasn’t done anything. Can I take advil or tylonal with it?
Chosen Answer:
you can take Tylenol (acetaminophen) or Advil (ibuprofen) along with it. the Tramadol+tylenol combination is an actual drug, it’s called Ultracet. I take tramadol along with ibuprofen sometimes, and my pharmacist said it was safe. I’m not sure about other over-the-counter pain relievers like Aleve (naproxen sodium) or any kind of aspirin, but those two are safe.
